Goodatall offers 3 easy shipping options for orders shipped within the US. You can choose from Express（DHL）, Premium（E-Packet）, and Standard shipping(China post air mail)services. If you want to receive your product ASAP, please choose Express transportation. Our Express transportation takes 5-7 working days, Premium speed takes 10-15 working days, and Standard takes 25-30 working days.. Available shipping options will vary depending on the product type, quantity ordered, and address type. (By the way, China post air mail stipulate the weight should not exceed 2kg)
Shipments to AK, HI, P.O. Box, APO, PR statement
Standard shipping to AK, HI, and Puerto Rico may take longer, please refer to local time.
Standard shipping to APO destinations may take 30 business days or more, while Premium shipping to APO destinations may take 10 business days or more. Express shipping does not apply to PO Boxes or APO addresses. For more information, please contact our customer service email address.
Please note: We cannot guarantee the shipping time of international orders. Customs clearance will delay the delivery of international orders. To ensure that your international orders are processed quickly, make sure your phone number and mailing address are correct. Express and Premium can provide order tracking service. If the order tracking information shows that your order has been signed, but you have not received the goods, please contact our customer service at the first time, our customer service will confirm the following order information with you:

DHL, E-Packet, China post air mail claim process may take up to 8 business days. They will investigate and confirm that you have not received your package and ask you to sign a legal document stating that you have not received the package. If the package is lost, we will re-deliver it after confirming with you. When you receive the package, please be sure to sign it at the time of signing.
If you want to change the shipping method for your order, please contact our customer service before the order starts production, or you can cancel the order and re-order a new order and choose a better shipping method.
